Shudder.....

Just got home, I was out for a bit, came home to grab my flashlight and turn on the porch light.  Went back outside and not 2 minutes later saw a smallish rattler.  YUCK!  It was too dark to shoot him.  Smart snake that he was, he went away from my wonderfully bright flashlight.  BLECH!  Ick, and yuck!  Don't mind them if they leave me alone, but that was way too close to home.  MOVE ON MR. RATTLESNAKE, you are not wanted here.  Came home really quickly and let the dogs out fast and that was last potty.  You know, in the day I can see snakes and they really don't frighten me that much but this one really startled me.  And no, I didn't take a picture of this one!

Ok, sewing done today was for collar work. Lots of laundry done.  Nothing fantabulous or wonderful!

Ok, going to finish up the dishes, jump into the shower and grab some sleep!  Have a great tomorrow, God Bless, Anne

hate hate hate hate snakes! We get rattlers, moccasins, cottonmouths and about 327 other kinds. And we see about 3 or 4 each summer in our yard.

I freak when I see one. Last big one was several years ago, a 6 foot moc. And they are agreessive. I could call the Swissys off with my voice but the Basset Chloe kept at it. I was sure she was dead, because I was not going in to get her!
