Happy Saturday...

I spent yesterday (Friday) sewing collars and harnesses and such.  I have such wonderful customers.
And also spent time figuring out some collars to give away...
There's a dog, Doberman puppy, on Facebook,  Brooklyn, who was in a shelter at 12 weeks old.  He was sprung from the shelter by Doberman Rescue Alliance Florida.    Not too long after he was in a foster home, he began showing signs of being very ill.  You guessed it, Parvo.  He was at the vet's for about 13 or so days.  Actually at several vet hospitals and in ICU, and you KNOW that was pricey. So, they are running some online auctions to help with the $5000+ vet bills.  Yes, Brooklyn lived through the Parvo and now is overcoming pneumonia.  He still has a way to go, but seems to be doing pretty well.  He's with his foster mom now, and needs to gain lots of weight and learn how to enjoy being a puppy. This little guy just grabbed my heart.  I've never owned a Doberman, but doesn't mean I don't love the breed.
Please, check out his page, and if you can help, please do.  I have offered 10 collars, most of them martingales, to raise money with.  Look at that face, how can you not help him?
